Prioritizing requirements on Agile Projects
But the real question is the following: Prioritizing Requirements or Agile Planning?
Agile focus on Value Delivery.
How?
Through Flexibility and Prioritization.
Instead of planning every feature in advance.
We prioritize features based on Value.
One of the best ways of doing it is via the MoSCoW method.
In terms of the PMP exam, you should know 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬.
In terms of "real-life", you should know 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
