Career Progression Isn’t Linear
More and more people are entering the workforce without a long-term career plan, let alone a 5-year plan.
Why?
Job market changed.
Many people "fly", where the demand is.
And shift roles frequently and often end up finding success in a field that they never planned to go into, and it’s usually a far reach from their original college degree.
✳️ In Project Management, the more you "invest", the more you "gain".
► You need to be Flexible and Open minded ► Entrepreneurial ► Learning to build Career Momentum
✳️ Being a project manager is a life-long career journey and roles can vary from PM, to PMO or to Prg roles.
There is no one-size fits all, rather "unique" paths.
