AI in Project Management
This week I will share my thoughts around how AI will "shake" project management in the upcoming future.
I believe AI will deliver only benefits for project managers.
How will AI support the day-to-day Project manager?
💫 It will enhance decision making It will give more options for problem solving
💫 It will improve project planning
💫 It will help to identify cross-project dependencies
💫 It will improve analysing large amount of data It will help to identify more risk
💫 I believe we are on the "bright" side with AI.
