Actually, I don't disagree with much of what you write!!! I understand that you have to make a living, and while there are other alternatives, it means you will have to be willing to let go of PMI.
Sooner or later, you will see through PMI, and there will be another "wave" you can catch to ride. But I don't think there will be anything like the PMP. We even made MILLIONS of dollars by catching that wave early and riding it for a good 25 years, even though we didn't agree with PMI, we were able to use our own materials, which had been TESTED and PROVEN to work.
