Effective Project Management

Effective Project Management is a combination of different skill sets of soft and "technical" skills.

You cannot master all of them at the same time.

Try this:

Choose a skill you have -> for example leadership
Spend 6 months getting better
Meet with 10-20 experts
Focus on learning and moving it to action
Share everything you learn online -> this will help the community

If you are consistent and disciplined you will grow exponentially.

Take action and after 6 months repeat the cycle.
